Programmable Uni junction Transistor oscillator.

Is it possible to model a PUT in EC and use it to create an oscillator circuit like the one shown here?

Revision 1.

This is a close aproximation to a  UJT rather than a PUT oscillator simulation I think, not sure. Thanks to voltransistor  induction flasher. 

Very random seems like no spike is the same as the next.
