El zener está trabajando ineficiente Izener = 22 ma. Icarga 1k. = 3 ma.

It tested. I already use 1k for my tester, and Its works normally. Thanks for the information.

Nice circuit, what do you use for the transformer?

I using small toroid core, its up to you. 10mm or 20mm Its ok. Actually I use 1:1 ratio, it has 40 turn. In simulation I use different ratio only to maké simulation running properly.
