When both the pulse is in on/off, then the motor is in off state, but when one of the pulse is in on state, the motor rotates in forward direction and vice versa .Thus the motor is made to rotate in both the forward and reverse direction with respect to the given pulse..

0+1---》 Motor rotated forward
