This circuit will flash the lamp when the switch is closed, simulating probe contact with water. The detection probes attachment points are infact on either side of the switch. Changing the capacitor value, will make the lamp flash faster or slower. Tweak it as you like. Changing the 100R resistor affects the lamp brightness.
