step down cycloconverter with CT revision NEWEST

since there are no thyristors or triac, and CT transformers in the application, I tried to simulate a cycloconverter circuit with the relays as an equivalent of the trigger gate and logic train as the trigger; but I think this is far from perfect for a cycloconverter. Is there anybody who can help ? update : i finally found that in order to create an identical cycloconverter waves, the diodes used to the circuits are connected to the relays' NC and NO. (period 40 and width 40 and each logic train operates at different pulses creates 25 Hz output). (period 60 and width 45 creates 16.67 Hz output)
