Low component circuit Boost DC from 1.5V to
primary rail of +5V@20mA and
second rail of -5V@0.5mA
Useful to power IoT devices from one single AA/AAA 1.5V battery. Easy to adapt for 3.3V output from 1.5V input by changing zener value

Circuit is ready for 1.2V input with outputs as following
+3.3V@10mA primary rail and
-3.0V@0.5mA secondary rail

Minimum input voltage has to be 1.04V for circuit to start, where primary rail output is 2.9V and secondary rail output is 2.2V

Consider the output has ripple on both rails
