Circuit is ready for 1.2V input with outputs as following
+3.3V@10mA primary rail and
-3.0V@0.5mA secondary rail
Minimum input voltage has to be 1.04V for circuit to start, where primary rail output is 2.9V and secondary rail output is 2.2V
Consider the output has ripple on both rails
