Full Adder - 4 Bit

Use the Logic Inputs to add two binary numbers (0 thru 15). To properly input binary, orient the circuit so that the Logic Inputs are at the top and the LEDs are at the bottom (imagine the circuit rotated clockwise from its current configuration).
