First, swap plus minus input terminals of both opamps or you get something like a schmitt trigger. Second, do a little experiment and start with some phase offset and see how the interagtor is not starting at zero as you probably would love to see. But this is mathematical correct, but in practical not wanted and can be reduced by an parallel high ohmic resistor to the integrator capacitor, to get rid of the constante you get after integration!
