Tesla passed in 1943, MOSFET's didn't get invented until 1959, with the first transistor being invented in 1947, he didn't know what FET's were

He did experiment with H-Bridge style inverters, but all his inventions were still mechanical in nature

Of course you are right about MOSFET's date production issues...back to Tesla's days this circuit was working with rotor commutator and cooper contacts.Here represented the idea he had to make an Alternative electricity through the batteries.By the way oil's man in black they try to close mouths and they do it well.
