Amplifier Question

This is my first attempt at putting together an amplifier, and it is a work in progress. I pieced it together and am now going through it step by step to get the biasing right and maximize the gain. Right now my question is this: when determining the current on the base of the left most transistor, should I go off just the cap current (blue) the Resistor (green), or a combination of the two (math I cannot yet comprehend, if so). Any and all tips or knowledge is appreciated.

I think you have to add a resistor between the base of the left transistor and the gnd to polarize the transistor.
