Only for a short while. Its ringing with unrealitic high impedances. The right one with 1MH and even worse the left one with about 10MH!

This circut looks little bit tricky :-). Actually, it's simple LC oscillator without amplifires. As no amplifire, cannot load externally. If there was no load resistance, it might stop oscillation for internal resistance soon in real. The oscillating frequency is very low, but you can use more ordinal values of L and C. The transformer is a just center tapped single inductor, isn't it? Please see http://everycircuit.com/circuit/5109670923993088 .
