From these two inputs, it’s not hard to see how decimal’s Ones placeholder (0-9) is able to be decoded from binary, using 4 inputs.  It would be easy to draw an entire 0-9 binary decoder circuit here if EveryCircuit allowed >2 input Logic Gates, but as it is, the canvas is just too small to bother with it.

Good job, but if you want to make an efficient decoder, make a karaugh map of every input of the 7 segment, for example, segment A turns on when the number is 0, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9... try it on simulator.io and add me to the circuit (Batamanta)
