From these two inputs, it’s not hard to see how decimal’s Ones placeholder (0-9) is able to be decoded from binary, using 4 inputs. It would be easy to draw an entire 0-9 binary decoder circuit here if EveryCircuit allowed >2 input Logic Gates, but as it is, the canvas is just too small to bother with it.
