Comparing Current sinks with zener diode and standard diodes

Using these circuits to determine which current sink would work best.  The goal for better CMRR is to have the largest input impedance.

It would depend on the purpose of the circuit, for temperature compensation, a zener diode doesn't have the same temperature coefficient.
