Why this simplified fft to turn on/off a load by pressing a button won't work?

Yes but I've simplified it because the t input to obtain a status change every time that you push the button need to be at the logic level '1' so I used only one and port with two input. I've also tested it in multisim and there works right

I've noticed that all the logic ports sequential circuits works bad here
