Burnout detector

I need to make a burnout detector witch a three phase, star connected heathers without central ground point (12 heathers in industrial washing machine). 
LEDs will be connected to the microcontroller and LCD display. 500k resistors to remember for high voltage. 

Use switches to simulate burnout.

1st source is upside down. and your real life op amps will have internal resistance, EC op amps are purely ideal with no power losses. Consider actual internal resistance to match the 500k resistors.

I know the problem with op amps but i wanna just to check the idea. Now i will search for solution.
