Turns on relay when the light is blocked.  The light sensor is the lower-left resistor.  Increase its resistance to simulate dark, and decrease its resistance to simulate light.

Hi i want to create a simple circuit with a relay in which when two wires come in contact with water the circuit should cut off its power, in short auto water level control please help.

One: You can use a potentiometer for this circuit. Two: I recommend using a photoresistor.
