Lamps are cool, but LEDs are more efficient and never burn out!

But bulbs are much easier to simulate. They help EC to find faster solution and not endup in "can not find solution!". I also prefer lamps in critical circuits, and belife it or not, the simple blinkie is critical!

Hmm, i dunno. Maybe it's the run-of-the-mill values here, but I put a base node and collector node on the scope and is pretty messy. I'm kindof a stickler for a smooth scope (just ask @rbrtkurtz) because smooth = efficient = longer life. Show me good scoping, I show you a smiley..

I do get lots of those "cannot find solutions". No wonder why. Lol.

Sine, as I said blinkie is critical because its generating rectangle and not sinwave, so lots of harmonics which are hard to simulate. But bulb give you at least at one point in circuit a nice linear behaviour. However transis are still there.
