Light switch from work

Trying to remake it to a basic level. The incremental brightness switches will be a challenge for me (but I wanna try and figure it out on my own)

Have you tried removing the coils and placing a 100Ohm resister in series with the bulbs on the left? I modified your circuit this way to stop the bulbs getting a back emf of -800V which destroyed them. Clicking the wire that runs from the bulbs to the relay on the left circuit and choosing the eye icon can show this when the circuit is interrupted via the bottom switch.
