Very efficient LED circuit with a regulator at the bottom.
You can add extra LEDs on the right side, or if you have a bigger source, you can put 2 LEDs in series in each column.

Nice job and extremely minimalist. I have manipulated your design in multiple way and it is really strong. I mean by changing the number of led in one line and current still exactly the same.
