L is low-pass, C is high-pass. There is then a frequency called the resonant frequency where neither is at its best such that the reactance of the parallel LC circuit will be at its maximum. Good for tuning, etc.  

Select the voltage source and play with the frequency.  The largest amplitude you can achieve on the oscilloscope is at the resonant frequency.
