Why do you need 2 stages? I don't know that IC off the top of my head but seems to me that if it's a twin audio amp it would make more sense to configure each as dedicated left and right amplifiers to do stereo. If it's a monolithic audio amp chip the output is already buffered. In other words the second stage gets you nothing.
