@spacefritos, this is your first excellent idea! Make a series out of it with more explanation what and why this absolut ratings exist. Every good component specification, e.g. for transistors, has at start page a maximum absolut rating section before it goes into details. You can also demonstrate different methodes of distruction. For example, temperatur, over voltage, overcurrent cause by to fast or slow rise and fall times.... again, nice idea to demonstrate that, but please more details are need to be valuable. Keep it up!
