Get rid of the orange and blue scope traces so that you only have the green emmiter trace. Then slide your finger from right to left on the scope repeatedly until you have 200ns timescale shown. Then shake your machine to inject noise.....it works for me here on this.

Good. Now when it is all working nicely.....place a push button (Normally Open type) between the supply positive and the inductor via a 1M ohm resistor......that button will give a starting injection instead of people having to shake the machine......remember to save your work else it will need re-altering the next time.
