BAR graph voltage detector

It detects the voltage in a "bar" format graph from the voltage-controlled(left) or the voltage wave(right) by using buffers(2-"NOT" gates). To convert it to a "dot" format graph, it would use "X-OR" logic gates instead of "buffers".
