in this case MCU is simulated using a lamp object with a power consumption of about 250mW ( 71mA continuos active current, 3.3V nominal power supply). MOSFET is better then bjt becouse of the absence of a base current a low voltage drop. upper push button is Flip-Flop Reset and should be set HIGH by the MCU itself. down push button is Flip-Flop Set and should be set HIGH by external events like changes on device status or power on MOSFET configuration: For switching, here is a quick setup for EC settings of this Enhancement Nmos to give full SPST switching simulation: W ....... fully clockwise L ........ fully anti-clockwise KP ..... fully clockwise VTO.... set to 3V for general N-Mosfet simulation Lambda... best leave it as EC default with these switching settings. see https://everycircuit.com/circuit/6179495276183552/fun-learning-...-mosfets-3
