in this case MCU is simulated using a lamp object with a power consumption of about 250mW ( 71mA continuos active current, 3.3V nominal power supply).
MOSFET is better then bjt becouse of the absence of a base current a low voltage drop.
upper push button is Flip-Flop Reset and should be set HIGH by the MCU itself.
down push button is Flip-Flop Set and should be set HIGH by external events like changes on device status or power on
MOSFET configuration:
For switching, here is a quick setup for EC settings of this Enhancement Nmos to give full SPST switching simulation:
W ....... fully clockwise
L ........ fully anti-clockwise
KP ..... fully clockwise
VTO.... set to 3V for general N-Mosfet simulation
Lambda... best leave it as EC default with these switching settings.
