It's not a bug the transformer is wired wrong you should flip the connections of one of the windings .. Reduce the coupling coofficient to 0.99 and reduce the inductance from 3.9kH ! To something like 1mH or even less

Your imagining the current on the secondary to be in phase with the primary, traveling the same direction. However the current induced on the secondary is actually in the opposite phase angle, traveling the opposite direction.
