Laws of thermodynamics state no. You're pulling more current from the source to boost the voltage. 12.2V with DVD of .3-.7 is 11.6-11.9V, still under 12V, boosted by collapsing magnetic field will induce a potential difference in voltage, but current will be minimal, best case, this is a joule thief

Also sadly, perfect resonance of caps and inductors does not happen in reality, capacitor ESR and coil resistance skew the measurements we see in Sims and calculate, which will damp oscillations, killing the resonance, hence no free energy boosts

Thank you for the comments I know that to succeed resonance is like catching fish by hand without a string and hook somehow I don't know why i believe the free Energy exists and is hiding behind the harmonics maybe I am wrong since I don't make experiments yet.
