Can someone explain to me how the VO become 12V and if this circuit is considered hysteresis circuit already?

Opams amplify the difference, right?

Your AC Vpp is set to 12V

Even when i set my AC Amplitude to lower value it is still VOUT=12V

I'm not sure if I understand the question correctly, but hopefully this will help. There is no feedback from the opamps output back to the positive input. Thus the opamp is in open loop mode, and there is no hysteresis.

By VO, do you mean the output of the opamp blue waveform?

Yes, the blue waveform

Can you explain to me what is the formula to be used to get that VO?

QpAmps in this app are configured with 15v rails internally. Select the opamp, then the wrench to see the settings
