Rain_humidity or touch detector with 741 Op Amp

The switch and resistor from the left represent a rain drop or your touch over a sensor grid. Any resistance below maximum 4.65 MOhm activate the relay and lamp will light. Adjust potentiometer for less sensitivity, at the other limit maximum of detection will be 47 KOhm. The current for all circuit at standby is only 273 uA.

With that you can't detect humidity

It is possible with a sensor well done and a steam moisture or dew close humidity!

Air isn't a regular resistor. To make it conductive you need well over 50V per millimiter. You have two options: use two really close electrodes or use a higher voltage
