Para implementar el circuito:
1°-Cambiar el led y resistencia de 220 por un parlante 8 ohm.
2°-Para una mejor calidad de sonido, agregar condensadores de 0.1uF en paralelo con los pulsadores(eliminar el rebote).

I think 100hz is too low so turn the 100nf capacitor in a 10nf capacitor and the highest note will oscillate at 3khz and not 300hz
