This is the basic circuit for temperature reading, the 50K resistor on top is usually 70K at room temp, going down in resistance as the temp gets hotter. This outputs a voltage from 800mv at 70K up to 4v at 10k.
This is likely to fit within the microcontroller's ADC range.
