100n capcitor was 47n in book....but then simulation didn't work

Neither version is exactly what I want, The D L version doesn't seem to give the promised de-bounce. The one you linked has a problem when the logic source is replaced with a switch. The switch has to be held for about half a mS before the switching happens. Only an issue for my particular purposes, which require that the switching is reliable as long as the switch is fully pressed. Don't know if that's just the sim, or it would be the same for a real chip. Guess I should look that up.
