Normally that circuit works as Impulse-Limiter. The ON-Switch loads the capacitor via resistor. Valid is approximately T = R*C If resistor full, no longer a current flows through Basis-Emitter way and transistor closes, relais is falling back. If Switch will be opened the capacitor will be restored to zero. Unfortunetely the tool does not accept a numbering code for the used devices and the delay is not realistic - because never the Transistor closes.... But is not only a Voltage-Switch. Needs current. Does not work in this simulation, but in reality. I use that for modelrailway. Sensors at stop-point stopps locomotive, because relay interrupt the loco's circuit. And I have to shorten this impuls to some seconds (model-people can go in or out of the train), than loco is starting to the next stop-station.
