AC to DC Power Supply With Line Regulation

Almost the same as my old AC to DC Power Supply, but this one has Line (Input Volt) Regulation. The POT adjusts Vout (~1-30V). The resistor at amp output represents the load. In the real world I would use a BJT or MOSFET to control power to Vout; the transister base being controlled by the op amp output. Line regulation is about 3mv/V.
