As Rc increases -> Vc decreases,so
there is a limit in which the BTJ is in the active section.
For Vc = Vbe = 0.8 V BJT enters saturation
So Rc_max = (Vcc-Vc)/Ic = 1041 Ω
and
Also Vcc_min = Vc + Rc*Ic = 1.3766 V
