Vτ = 0.026

Ic = Is*exp(Vbe/Vτ) = 1.1531mA
Ib = Ic/β = 11.5313 μΑ
Ιe =  Ic + Ib = 1.1643 mA
Vc = Vcc - Ic*Rc = 1.4232 V

As Rc increases -> Vc decreases,so
there is a limit in which the BTJ is in the active section.
For Vc = Vbe = 0.8 V BJT enters saturation
So Rc_max = (Vcc-Vc)/Ic = 1041 Ω
and
Also Vcc_min = Vc + Rc*Ic = 1.3766 V
