You are likely to blow a circuit breaker the moment you plug this in. Recheck your bridge connections.

Also... There is nearly 42 watts being dropped across the first pass transistor. That transistor is going to be very hot. Since you only need about 10 volts later on, you would do well to use a step down transformer at the left end. To get much closer to your required voltage. Try for about 20-25 volts just after the bridge, instead of 220 volts.
