This is a demonstration of how the capacitor paradox is solved. This paradox revolves around q=CV capacitor charge equation & 0.5C*V*V energy storage eqn. The paradox is that if one cap is charged and the other is not, then they are connected and share the charge equally, the energy equation shows half the energy total of the two versus initial condition. the answer is that ideal circuit would not share the charge but rather resonate. Since ideal circuits are discontinuous, an inductor is used to help illustrate the effect.
