You have to set the simulation speed to a little under 100ms

Couple items to look at, potentiometers need all points connected. Not sure why the pot by the power sourc as it would lower voltage to entire circuit and it's very important to lay out the circuit in an organized manner for ease of troubleshooting _ _ http://everycircuit.com/circuit/5727921493508096
