Esaki oscillator should work in real life, but there is some limitation in EC application

Don't you need a resistor on the cathode of the LED?

The esaki oscillator works via tunnelling effect (sort of teletransportation of electrons) which is not implemented in EC, so it seems to not working here but it does in real life. Unfortunatelly this is a limitation of EC.

in base you need logic train and in cathode or anode of diode (doesnt matter) you need 100Ohm resistor that way it works
