It steps down to the LEDs regulated without draining hardly any amperage. It is very efficient.

You say "It is very efficent". You know, I made already some calculation ;-) and my conclusion, its very inefficent. Linear regulators are very inefficent, doesn't matter how many you have in a chain or stacked. They are inefficent by Ohms law and Mr Watt P = U × I. BTW, your main voltage is 170V peak which is 120Vrms, this makes it even more inefficent. Keep it up, and good to see you here Volte!
