Enhancement mode MOSFET amplifiers are biased in very much the same way as BJT's. Since you're building a class A amp here, the first thing you need to do is adjust your gate voltage to roughly the VTO of your FET. If you're not a fan of calculation, use a pot as a voltage divider instead of 2 separate resistors. Set the resistance value of pot so that you have about 100uA flowing at your supply voltage. With your source grounded, gradually increase the gate bias until your drain (output) voltage falls to half of V+. That way any slight fluctuation in gate voltage upsets the balance and is amplified. I recommend using a drain resistance between 1k and 4.7k and a source resistance of no more than a third the size of the drain. Coupling and bypass capacitors should be kept as small as possible while simulating in time-domain, and can be increased for frequency-domain analysis as well as in any real life circuit. Your basic layout is essentially complete, you just need to choose more realistic parameters. Good luck.
