I think tis is more of an LC tank oscillator being fed from a bjt common emitter amplifier. These are more straight up oscillators _ _ http://everycircuit.com/circuit/6630259698696192

I agree, this is partially a Colpitts oscillator, yet the fact that you have used a tank does detract from the very idea of copitts itself
