Adds two 4 bit operands and displays result in hexadecimal on display.  The two 4 bit inputs are on the left, with LSB on the bottom, MSB on the top.

I feel like I seem that before when i used to work on Quartus 2 and Esoc board in class. Now, it's amazing to see you built a circuit in this app. Nice work
