H bridge - NPN and PNP

This seems to work, but the lamp doesn't light. Why not, anyone know? It looks like the current is very low but I'm not sure why.

I just posed my transistor h-bridge circuit. Take a look at my circuit and if you still have questions let us know. It is called "True Transistor H-Bridge"

transistors aren't biased on. Transistors are around the wrong way; PNP sources, NPN sinks in a H-Bridge.
