What will the voltage drop across 10k resistor

I solved the question but I got 5v drop across 10k resistor but while stimulation it is showing around -8mv can anyone provide me the good reason for this.

The voltage drop ACROSS the 10k resistor is 499uA*10k=4.99V ~ 5V

The -8mV you see is the potential of the NODE right ABOVE the 10k with respect to ground.
