Why are you so mean to this guy? At least he didn't post an flashing LED circuit or the circuit on his exam. Also 1/35 = ~0.0286 so that would be 2.86% efficient. Honestly it looks to be outputting around 1.8 Watts (5.35^2)/(2*8)which makes it about 5% efficient.
