You explained a little in your first version, in the comment section. So this circuit is to integrate pulses correctly to convert them from linear to logarithmic on a measurement instrument. Means 1 tick per timeslot will give 1 on the multimeter. 10 ticks per timeslot will result in 2 on multimeter and 100 ticks in 3 on multimeter and so on 1000,4 / 10000,5 / 100000,6 ????

That is correct. A logarithmic input to a linear output

Simply put, a Log Pump will provide an analog signal that is proportional to the logarithm of the pulse repetition rate.

Could you do the other way. Linear input, log output. For display ofV/i curves for example.. I need this for output characteristics of mosfets..
