(English)  The relay 5V is connected to an LED turn signal circuit so that we can control the 220V output.

A backup key was added if we wanted to get steady light without relay

Ein Backup-Schlüssel wurde hinzugefügt, wenn wir ohne Relay Dauerlicht erhalten wollten

FYI, its Never a good idea to use a relay as the switching element in such a circuit. A relay uses mechanical components, because of which if would ware out very quickly. Use a transistor for this purpose.
