Why when you turn off one of the switches does the OR give false? ONE of the inputs of the OR is false and the other true so the OR should be true.... 0 OR 1 = 1

Hi, the circuit concerns monitoring of 4 descrete positive inputs(fuses), if any of the inputs is off(fuse is burned) then the led(system ok) is off.
