Don't worry about day light if you use self switch(up in schematics). In simulation it breaks because there is no toleration to set. LED day lights have toleration from 10,5V up to 14V.

LED seriously overloaded. The display, compared to a properly biased LED, indicates overload. In real ckt LED wouldnt last long,
